Customized orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. For non-customized items, you may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us directly.

How to Cancel an Order

• Order Status: Cancellation requests can only be processed if the order has not yet been shipped.

If the order has already been shipped, it will be processed according to our return and refund policies.
